Methods of Payment:  We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover and Pay Pal. Please Note - All credit cards will be processed through Stripe.  Please note: eChecks will delay shipping up to 5 business days.  All orders will ship once funds have been processed.

Processing Time:  Most orders ship within 1 business day (2-3 days with personalized embroidery) from when the order was placed. If there is a delay in shipment you will be notified via e-mail.

International Orders:  At this time we are shipping to the United States and Canada. If you are outside these areas and are interested in Weiner Wraps for your dachshund, please let us know by using our Contact Us form and we will be glad to give you a quote on shipping to your destination.

Shipping: Methods, Delivery & Cost:  Most orders are shipped using USPS, with tracking, insurance and delivery confirmation. All orders are shipped from Colorado. However in some cases we will use UPS for large size items or orders.  We only offer Free shipping within the USA using First Class mail (7-10 business days). If you need something sooner, please choose Priority Mail (3-4 business days) or Express Mail (1 business day) from ship date (Excluding Sundays & Holidays).  Please note international cost and delivery times may vary.

Custom Orders:  We would be glad to custom make a WeinerWrap.  With any jacket that does not come from stock products, it will incur an additional custom fee (minimum $15).  This includes but is not limited to, Custom sizes - designed to fit a specific dog, Fleece Prints not currently stocked - purchased by the customer or found by us, Special embroidery, Etc. 

Custom WeinerWraps will be priced according to the type of the jacket--example double fleece body with heavy fleece belly, neck, and legs will cost $70. 

With custom orders we will send you an invoice via e-mail/paypal for pre-payment.  Custom orders will be delivered in 2 to 3 weeks and are nonreturnable or refundable.  Please send an email to us at info@WeinerWraps.com and request a custom made coat.  We will e-mail you all the info you will need to have your very own custom WeinerWrap with-in 24 hours.

Rush Orders:  If you need something faster than 3 to 5 business days, we will be glad to get you what you need in the time frame you need it.  For 1 day shipping, please select Express Mail option during check-out.  An additional $10, per item, charge will apply for rush orders with embroidery may delay the order by 1 day.

Sales Tax:  Sales tax will only be assessed for orders that are shipped within the state of Colorado. Currently all other states are tax-exempt.

Washing & DryingWeinerWrap dachshund dog coats are easy to keep clean.  Just machine wash them in cold to warm water, with like fabrics, and dry on a cool to medium temperature heat setting.

Embroidered Logo & Custom Name:  Stabilizers are used on both sides of the fabric for all embroidery and will dissolve when the WeinerWrap dachshund coat is washed. You may also wet embroidered areas to dissolve the stabilizer with out washing the coat. If you only wet the area, make sure to dissolve and remove all stabilizer on both sides of the fabric or the area will harden. Any direct moisture will dissolve the stabilizer.

Personal Information: We store your billing / shipping information and order history on our secure server for your convenience. Your Bill-To and Ship-To information will be pre-filled in the appropriate areas during your Checkout procedure. The information you provide is protected by the personal password you select, so that only you have access to your account information.

Email:  We believe that your email address is private information and you have our assurance that we do not rent or sell your email address to anyone. We use your email address to send you order-related emails, like shipping confirmations, as well as informational/sale newsletters and upcoming events. You may opt out at any time from our newsletters, either in your account or by using the links provided in every newsletter issue.

Phone: The only time we will contact you by phone is if we have a question about the order you placed. If we are unable to reach you by phone, we will also try to contact you by email.
