Order & Shipping Info
Methods of Payment: We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover and Pay Pal. Please Note - All credit cards will be processed through PayPal. Please note: eChecks will delay shipping up to 5 business days. All orders will ship once funds have been processed.
Shipping Time: Most orders ship within 1 business day (2-3 days with personalized embroidery) from when the order was placed. If there is a delay in shipment you will be notified via e-mail.
Shipping Methods / Delivery Time: Most orders are shipped using USPS Priority Mail, with tracking and delivery confirmation. All orders are shipped from Colorado and will arrive between 3 to 5 business days, from ship date. However in some cases we will use UPS for large size items or orders. If you need something faster, please choose Express Mail which will arrive in 1 business day from ship date (Excluding Sundays & Holidays).
Shipping Cost: Shipping, tracking & delivery confirmation charges are calculated automatically in the shopping cart and are based on weight and destination. Currently shipping USPS Priorty Mail with up to 3 WeinerWraps in the same box cost approx. $5.70
Custom Orders: We would be glad to custom make a WeinerWrap with a Fleece Print that we do not currently stock. This can be done one of two ways. 1) Purchase and send 3/4 to 1 yard of the fleece you would like to have made into a WeinerWrap -or- 2) Make a request on a fleece pattern/print that you would like (ie print, team, sport, etc). If you select option 2, we will send you an e-mail with a picture of the fleece, if one is available, for your approval. For option 2 there is an additional $10 custom order fee that will be added to the price of the dog coat. With custom orders we will send you an invoice via e-mail/paypal for pre-payment. Custom orders will be delivered in 2 to 3 weeks and are nonreturnable or refundable. Please use our Contact Us form to request a custom made coat. Please include which option you would like along with the size of coat, and we will e-mail you all the info you will need to have your very own custom WeinerWrap.
Rush Orders: If you need something faster than 3 to 5 business days, we will be glad to get you what you need in the time frame you need it. For 1 day shipping, please select Express Mail option during check-out. An additional $10, per item, charge will apply for rush orders with personalized embroidery and may delay the order by 1 day.
Sales Tax: Sales tax will only be assessed for orders that are shipped within the state of Colorado. Currently all other states are tax-exempt.
International Shipping: At this time we are not accepting International Orders. If you are outside the United States and are interested in Weiner Wraps for your dachshund, please let us know by using our Contact Us form and we will be glad to let you know when we will start taking international orders.
Exchanges and Return Policy : We pride ourselves in offering the highest quality items and we believe that you will be pleased with your order. In the unlikely event you are not, rest assured, you can exchange anything except personalized items or edible items.
1. All returns/exchanges require a Return Authorization Number (RA#) no exceptions will be made. Please use our Contact Us form to obtain an RA#. Items received with no Return Authorization will NOT be processed.
2. All returns/exchanges must be in unused and in sellable condition (remove all fur, no smoke or other smells).
3. If the item you ordered arrives damaged, defective, or wasn't what you ordered, you must contact us within 48 hours of receipt.
4. The customer is responsible for shipping charges to send the exchange/return items back to WeinerWraps.com. Once we receive the item for exchange, the replacement item will be shipped via USPS, within 1-2 business days, FREE of charge. Each subsequent exchange will have a $5 shipping and handling fee.
5. All returns for credit will be charged a 15% restocking fee (minimum of $3).
6. Shipping charges are not refundable.
7. Please read the item descriptions carefully before ordering.
8. Please allow one billing period for any refunds to appear on your credit card statement.
9. For your security, please return your items with an insured courier (ie., FedEx, UPS, USPS tracking and delivery confirmation) and retain your receipt or delivery confirmation. WeinerWrpas.com LLC is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
10. Any returns/exchanges that are shipped without postage prepaid (ie CODs or marked "Paid by Recipient") will not be accepted by WeinerWraps.com LLC. There will be no exceptions.
